Peak Portal is a secure platform for contracted providers, clinical staff, and office personnel. The Peak Portal offers tools to view member information, verify eligibility, check claim status, submit authorizations or referrals, download remittance advice, and communicate directly with Peak Health staff.

Who can be an Administrator?

A Site Administrator must be a member of the site's leadership team with personnel management responsibilities. This individual must have the authority to take corrective action and assist with HIPAA-related investigations. If you do not meet these qualifications, do not submit a request it will be denied. Instead, please contact a member of your site’s leadership who meets the requirements to apply.

Incomplete or missing submissions will result in your request being canceled. You will be prompted to upload the completed agreement in the next step in order to continue.
